Responsibilities

Maintenance and Servicing:

• Conduct routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication.
• Inspect equipment for wear and damage.

Diagnostics:

• Use diagnostic tools and software like CAT ET (Electronic Technician) to identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Analyze error codes and interpret performance data.

Repairs:

• Perform mechanical repairs, such as fixing engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
• Replace damaged or worn-out components.
  Address electrical issues, including wiring and sensor malfunctions.

Upgrades and Modifications:

• Install new parts or upgrade existing systems to improve equipment performance.
• Perform retrofits to meet updated safety or operational standards.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper functionality.
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards and safety guidelines.
